Welcome to Sweety's Cake House, By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms govern the sale of all products and services offered by our business, including custom and pre-made cakes.

Ordering and Payments

• All orders must be confirmed with full or partial payment, as specified at the time of order.

• Custom cake orders typically require 7 days' notice.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Due to the customized and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• No refunds will be given once production has started.

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be eligible for a 50% deposit refunded. 

• If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

Pickup and Delivery

• Pickup and delivery times will be confirmed upon order placement.

• We are not responsible for any damages that occur once the product has been picked up or delivered and accepted.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the scheduled time. Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.

Product Representation

• Photos of our cakes are for illustrative purposes. While we strive to match designs as closely as possible, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

• Colors, decorations, and layout may differ slightly based on ingredients, materials, and artistic interpretation.
